1.Conditions for placing an order

3 . Shipping methods and costs
Bébés Ville sends the order after payment has been made and the requested goods have been found.
The method for sending is postal, with priority mail. Shipping cost is based on size and weight.
The shipping cost varies in compliance with the Swiss Postal Rates from CHF 7.00 to CHF 12.00
For amounts over CHF 150.00, shipments are free and the package will be sent by priority mail and in writing.
The online sale takes place only in Switzerland.
Foreign users can request a shipment abroad via the Request Form which will be processed by payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card or by Stripe account, with different methods in terms of prices, sending costs and timing.
Bébés Ville sends the order by post. Bébés Ville is not responsible for any delays occurring during the transport service. Bébés Ville is also not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses that preclude the receipt of the goods or additional costs of returns.
The orders placed by the registered customer and already available in the order completeness, will be sent within 24 hours after payment.
The orders placed by the customer and not available in the completeness of the order, will be sent only at the time of full availability of the order and payment.
Orders placed by the customer that are not immediately available, will be sent only after being found by Bébés Ville to their respective suppliers. Bébés Ville undertakes to procure the requested products in a reasonably short time, according to availability from the usual suppliers.
All prices are valid for the period of validity of the catalog, except for writing errors, or calculation errors.
The purchase of products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the products have not been used and free from defects. After 7 days from the date of purchase it is no longer possible to return and obtain a refund.
